Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Andrei B (trading as ForkTube) ("we", "us"). By using ForkTube you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
ForkTube helps you choose YouTube videos to watch while you eat, using community ratings, reviews and AI-generated estimates. Videos belong to their creators and are played through YouTube.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use ForkTube to break the law, commit fraud, spam, post fake or paid-for reviews, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass others, upload malware, probe or scrape the service, or get around its technical limits. See our community guidelines.
Your reviews
You own what you write. You give us a limited licence to host and show it on ForkTube so the service works. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
AI ratings
AI scores and summaries are automated estimates and may be wrong. They are not a guarantee of quality or suitability.
Our intellectual property
We own ForkTube, its software, design and branding. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
ForkTube Plus, payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Plus costs £3.99 per month, renews automatically each month, and can be cancelled anytime from the Plus page. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our refund policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep ForkTube running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or security or fraud risks. You can delete your account anytime from your account page; your reviews and profile are then removed.
Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. Consumers keep any rights their local law gives them.
